What we collect

Account data: email, name, and the identifiers needed to pay you (we never see your card or bank details; our payment partner handles them).

Marketplace data: products, deals, campaigns, sales, shares and payouts.

Meta data for connected accounts: ad account and pixel identifiers, daily spend, delivery and rejection status, used only to run and report your own campaigns.

Visit data on sales pages: an anonymous visitor id, ad click ids (for example fbclid), IP address and browser, used to credit sales to the right Partner and to report purchases to Meta.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: attribute sales, calculate and pay shares, build and manage campaigns you ask us to manage, and prevent fraud.

To report purchases to Meta through its Conversions API, with the buyer's email hashed, so ads can measure results. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Our payment partner (checkout, payouts, identity verification), Meta (campaigns and purchase events for connected accounts), and the providers that host our site, database and email. Each only receives what it needs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at hello@promosplit.com. Some records (sales, payouts, taxes) must be kept as long as the law requires.

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law afterwards. Personal data is handled under Uruguay's data protection law (Law 18.331) and, where it applies, the GDPR and other local laws.
